The Person will pay 750 $ for the domain.
Is it okay ??

As I'm testing my new appraisal system, I punched this in and got this:

videogames.ag $1837.60

If you have a sure sale at $750 and need the money, take it (assuming you actually profit). If you can afford to hold on / negotiate, might as well aim for the above figure or at least towards it. As always, a guaranteed sale is very valuable and often worth bringing the price down a bit - you never know when you get the next offer especially this being an .ag - even though the keywords are golden.

I have some experience in regretting not letting a name go. I got mid $xxx offers for a couple of my names but did not sell - it's been very quiet ever since and I could have bought a much nicer name with the combined profits...

Not worth playing around with this offer for only $250 more. If you do walk away and then get back to the guy later saying "OK, I'll take the $750." If I was the buyer I would then say, "Well, now I can only give you $400." I just don't think the extension is strong enough. But let us know what happens.

Yeah, I'd definitely make the sell. Personally I'd never buy a .ag domain (but that's just me.) $750 is a steal if you ask me.

It is an .AG I would maybe pay $100 just so I could say I owned a cool name but it is all about opportunity costs, can you take that $750 and buy more domains and sell them for a profit? If you sales goal is 1k and they are offering $750 cash in hand I would take it.

Take it. It's not a 1-word name, and not all that strong of a 2-word name "video games is not as good as you think) AND it's a .ag. I've had top 1-word names in better ccTLDs sitting for a long time not getting offers. Take it and run! Heck, you can even send the buyer my way and if I sell them any of my Games.ext names for the prices I'm looking for, you can get 10%. PM me if interested in doing that.
