I always thought that the BIN price was a start for the Buyer/Seller to do some price haggerling.

How do I deal with sellers who expect nothing less than the BIN price? e.g. the BIN is $4,000, and he still rejects my offer of $3,900. $100 may not be much of, but as buyers, we are always looking for some savings.

Dear friend,

Anyone who refuses or rejects an offer very close to the bin is either not interested in selling or does not own the domain name, or is just being an @$$. I assure you, 99.9% of sellers will settle for less then the price they list as bin!

Great question Jeff,

2010 is around the corner and I don't expect to see big numbers! Instead, I predict anyone who sells a domain name in the 6 figure + will be selling for cheap! Meaning, any domain sold with in the next 1-2 years will be a great price for the buyer. This is the best time to be purchasing .com's ONLY!

For Domainer's like myself who don't have a big budget, our bonus is in the expired sector. A lot of people are dropping good .com's that are 4-12 years old, most of them are from small businesses that gone bankrupt!

.Tel will be the biggest cash grab and the worst extension launched since .ws!
- anyone who wants to publish a phone number and company info can do so with google business list for FREE!

2015 is the year we should start seeing more big sales in the .com sector. Analyst predict 2015 markets will climb back up and I predict domains will do much better in reseller market and end user market!

I sold a domain for $1000 - same domain would fetch $5000 in 2015!
- I only paid $15 for it 4 weeks ago! :p

about domain grabber software like emoniker/enom grabber
did you try those? are the any good? can you really snap a domain from the big companys with them?

also iam now in a pool auction for the domain ipey.com
what do you think of him? what is the max bid that i should go for him?

I have not tried the softwares above and can't comment on them. The best method for me is searching through expired list based on the total years the domain has been registered and I only search for .com's.

I don't own any .tel - why would I? What good is a domain if you can't develop it? Google provides the same service for free and people use google to search! Your chances of being seen by a user is much higher on google then you getting a type in traffic on .tel!

What is CVCV?
C = consonant
V = vowel

Vowel letters are A, E, I, O, U.
The letter Y can be used to represent different sounds in different words, and can therefore fit either definition (Consonant or Vowel) The letter Y is probably more often used as a vowel, but in this role is often interchangeable with the letter I

By general concensus, there are 13 letters from the 21 Consonant are called Premium Consonant Letters, they are:
B, C, D, F, G, H, L, M, N, P, R, S, T.
The 8 left (J, K, Q, V, W, X, Y, Z) are called non-premium letters

A CVCV Domain is a Domain consisted by 4 letters in CVCV sequence, for example, bade, beco....

Why CVCV Domains?
There are Lots of investors seek words that can be pronounced, CVCV domains often have a catchy sound to them and are quite brandable. They are short, easy to spell, easy to pronounce, and rhymes with itself.

All CVCV.COM are gone, and more than 90% CVCV.NET taken already.

There are total 15,000 CVCV domains only
(21 consonants, and 6 vowels . Letter Y acts as both consonant and vowel = 21x6x21x6 =15876, then remove the combinations with "YY" included, final number is 15,000)
If look the CVCV Domains with Premiun Consonants only, there are 6084 (= 13*6*13*6) Premium CVCV Domains only for each TLD!!




I use GoDaddy for everything and most buyers who buy domains as a Domainer or End User are likely to own a GoDaddy Account! Which is a bonus for free push of domain name!

If you are new to Domaining, I recommend you stay away from LLLL's unless you got $1500+ to purchase 1 by 1! I paid $5000 for one LLLL.com!

Their is no such thing as a bad LLLL - xyzd may make no sense to English users, but their are some that do make up a word in Asian "Chinese".

A domain is worth what the buyer will pay at the end of the day!

I recommend you spend more money on buying Premium 2 word .com's from resellers who are selling for cheap! Build a portfolio to be in your hands for a minimum of 5+ years.

Domaining is for long term players.

If your looking to flip domains to get few extra dollars, yes expired domains are your best choice.

As far as LLLL's goes, I don't expect to see much value increase till 2011-2015 for poor LLLL's!

5 years is to give you an idea of what it takes to make a healthy profit from 2 word .coms!

Unless World WAR 3 starts, then we are doomed!

I have not worked for 5 months, paying bills from Domaining. It all depends on how much money you need to make on a monthly basis!

Their is much more to Domaining then just flipping domains. You need to understand the world market!

You also need to use GOOGLE, MSN, YAHOO to help you pick and choose domains.

TDNAM is your best friend!

I buy domains for $15+ on a daily basis and flip them for $20-$1000

Don't waste time trying to sell domains to Domainers, unless you got no other choice!

End Users should be your #1 Target!

I guess you don´t use it but in my country its the norm and therefore I use hyphen.
Do you register a combination of two words with hyphen for .com too ?

ebook is a waste of money, you just got to read anything and everything related to Domaining on forums.

I been trying to find an investor to fund my idea DomainingSchool.com - this way, users like yourself can learn and be certified!

stay away from hyphen, unless you can use it for SEO!

Their is nothing left to register! You can purchase two word .com's from resellers / Domainers - its worth it, if your in the game for 5-10 years.

any domain that is brandable is worth buying or registering.
