Hello,

Yesterday i made a thread here asking for an appraisal for the domain name UnitedKingdomHouses.com

This domain name was listed at Godaddy auctions for $75k, and moments ago i got a buyer for the requested price.

As i didn't get an appraisal here, i'm asking if i should sell it right now?

Whats your opinion?

Thank you!

EDIT:

Looks like the buyer didn't complete the payment and the domain is available again.

Domain got listed at $15k now, lets see how it goes.

Thank you for all your help!

1 day old domain, very long, listed as BIN only, the BIN button is still there.

Fake news baby ...

Domain registered, Domain listed, Godaddy Domain offer, non-payment, relisted at lower price. All within a little over a day,

Yeah right all believable. I've never known Godaddy to identify a non-payer within a day , even failed payments get asked for an alternative payment method or rechecking of financial input

Also, stop with PM's. I won't accept anything from you.

Namepro members - Please stop inundating ferrira0 with your offers, he's already overwhelmed with offers just below his new $15k asking price.. Besides he now needs time to dream-up his next move in this Alice-in-Wonderland saga.

If it sounds too good to be true, you know the rest...

This is just an amateurish PUMP thread, we've seen so many before - It is so easy to create these stories and supply back-up to supposed offers. Why some think they're real just because of a Godaddy screenshot is beyond me.

Golden domain Aka ferreria0 or his mate

Yeah, yeah -Now lowered the price to $15k - Just as expected
Any takers ????

While I love seeing other people succeed, the odds of the buyer not paying up for this name is about five nines.

The buyer didn't started the escrow, thats why it got available again so fast.
You and the buyer are the same person, how can you start escrow on yourself?

So plan A didn’t work, now onto plan B introduce Golden.

Wasnt there some new user here that said they liked it ? Is that the same person ?

If so, you are probably being played.

hmmm... well... if he's being played by someone.. then that someone will be played with by having his account suspended by gd for non payment lol

Someone is nuts if they bought this for 75k just doesn't make sense...

They don't even use the HOUSE term that much in the UK, the domain has little value.

Seriously you turned down low 5 figures on a one day 3 keyword registration, that makes little logical sense in it's geo region?

Marketplaces should have some policies in place where BIN "purchases" over X amount need to be prequalified, somehow. I don't have a prequalification idea, just a solution ;)

If someone wants to buy a domain for $75K, I'm sure they will jump through the prequal hoops to get it.

I've got a sneaky suspicion, this is like that $375,000 hype thread by another member. They think it's going to bring in offers

Of course you should accept it and of course you should update us how this goes.

However, why on earth would they pay 75k for this, if it’s not even taken in .co.uk??! ;)

So all these offers within a couple of days of regging the domain. I usually dream about women. I wish all their dreamy offers were real

I tried to buy this domain yesterday, but my offer was rejected. Its sad to see that in godaddy it can happen these situations.

Goodluck OP!
BULLCRAP.

The OP and the shill are the same person. Their use of english is the same, leaving off certain words that show the person is not a native speaker and uses certain phrases and word combos.

If they are smart, they/he is not posting under the same IP, but only the mods can tell.

No doubt this is a very weak attempt at tag teaming for a pump.

The OP has not posted in 3 years and the first thing is this domain. Also, all domains posted in his past are junk noob regs.

SHENANIGANS !

You registered it yesterday and did not take low $xx,xxx?

What many NPers don't seem to realize is that many (probably most) business owners are not marketing savvy yet they have either deep pockets or have large credit lines with small brains. This, of course, works to the domainer's advantage. ;)

Sounds to me like this is a done deal in that there is no declining to counteroffers. The order was put in for purchase. It's just a matter of the buyer actually sending money to GD (which I have my doubts about).

Let us know how it goes.

PS: I would take the advice of the other post and obscure your domain in your title and post. Like obscure\\\your\\\domain\\\....com
