    Hello Guys

I have a domain name that got me many inquiries.
and some of them with offers.
however I got an xx,xxx offer by email which means no commission for marketplaces, but I asked for mid xx,xxx
and they said they need to think about it, it's been months now since the last email.
I want to ask you guys what should I do and say if I want to open the conversation once again to close a deal??

Ask them if they had enough time to think about it.
Ask them what is the most they can spend on this domain (just take a number out of them in any way possible and go from there)
Inform them of ways that will facilitate the process (installments, escrow, crypto)

You can tell them that an inquiry came up for this domain and there is a company that is interested in a lease but this would mean that the domain will be off the market for <insert duration here> until the contract expires. This will create urgency and they might actually be interested in the lease-to-own option.

Email them back with an offer between theirs and yours. Leave the offer open ended to to entice a counter offer. Address the email to the individual who contacted you in the first place.

    Best of luck!

Follow up is key to any sales process...your customers will move on if you don't move quick

Send a gentle follow up reminder and ask if they still have your domain on mind and you are willing to come to the negotiation table if a reasonable offer is put forward. If they are interested they will re start the offer counter offer process.

If after 2 follow ups they still don't reply, that means its dead deal.

Thanks a million follow up is really the key to close deals, I wonder how many follow ups should we send for any inquiry we receive?
