A domain name is only worth as much as what someone is willing to pay for it. You should ask yourself if you will be happy with the return on your investment if it sells at $150 or not? Did you got it for a registration fee or did you pay more for it?

I personally always counter a first offer but it's important imo that the counter offer is within reasonable range with the buyers offer. If I think the opening offer is way too low I normally don't bother to respond.

Good luck!

If you feel comfortable in selling this domain within low-mid $xxx range, and if the ROI (return of investment) is quite high, i would counter-offer $350.

There is a small risk the buyer would change idea, but since the difference between his offer and your counter-offer wouldn't be big, there are many chances he accepts or just offer you something more than the first one ($150).

However, if the ROI is very low, think twice before selling it.

First, I just this domain. It's not even 2 months old

2nd this is a brand new domain. RIO is quite enough..

Its price is really 200 but because of the commission it become 150

I got a huge problem though. I placed it at sedo, I didn't think ofvselling it at all but because I'm not using it, I parked it there.

I impulsively put 200 at buy now price.

Somebody bought it. What is the best thing to do at this situation?

What will sedo do if I refuse to give the domain?

Thanks a lot guys.. you really help a lot.

If you set a BIN (buy it now) at 200 and someone bought it at that price you have to sell at that price.

Oh, in this case you have to accept, unless having compromised your reputation and account on Sedo like forever.

tbh, I would sell it for the $200, if you hand regd it that offer is good, and you get a good roi.

take it - sedo could ban you/blacklist you if you start messing about

you set the BIN price. So it's your responsibility to transfer the Domain name ..:D

Like everyone else is saying, honor your price and complete the sale.

FinestReview is ok, you should be happy with the $150 :)

This is basically sellers remorse!
He is really wanting some way to get out of the sale.
Seems he might feel that $200 is not enough.

So sell the domain if you have yet to do so.

If not, your name is mud everywhere and your future as a domainer is shot!

Maybe if you listed it with a $2000 price tag, nobody would have bought it......

Of course accept it, maintain your reputation and get some profit.
