Unless your making money off it from parking, then yeah I would take the $3.95. Don't see much value in the name otherwise.

It would be great for branding but isn't worth much as it is. You'd still need to put a lot of effort branding it with great content.

You should snag it if you have an idea for building it out but otherwise not much resell value as is.
