Google's DDOS Attacks

Has anyone else been attacked by google? Their retarted spider has taken out a few of my sites for this month already, using 2-5gigs a bandwidth per day on their spider alone.

I know how to block search engines via robots.txt but how do I block just google?

I appreicate any advice.

Check out some of these FAQ's. You can block Googlebot completely, request it "slows down" or block it from certain parts of the site.

Thanks for the link scott, I emailed them.. Hopefully they'll fix it soon, I don't know if I should take them down and loose money or let it eat all my bandwidth away.


Never had any rankings with google, msn and yahoo I do very well though.
