Hello. I have had a Google account for awhile now, but never used it. I knew they launched a CPM program awhile ago. Is it still active? And what are the rates for it about on average? Thanks!

yes. adwords cpm program IS still active. it is called site-targeted. you best bet to test out with a lower max cpc and slowly rising it until you begin receiving an accpetable amount of impressions.

AdSense has had CPM for awhile now. I personally haven't made much from it.
