I try to call them like I see them.. at least 99% of the domains people post here for appraisals require branding and development before the domain would have any real value IMO.
A lot of factors influence value.. ext being one of them. A halfway decent domain in .com may be worthless or nearly so in .bz, because of the recognition issues...
A high value keyword domain will always be worth more than a madeup domain... I could go on and on, but I won't.
