I know there may be TM issues with this one, but I'm still curious.

Not a terrible name if it weren't for the TM issues. However, there are lots of sites with Mac in the name, clearly about Mac computers, that have had no problems that I know of, and some very big ones too, like Macrumors.com, Macupdate.com, Macworld.com, Pure-Mac.com, so I don't see why you couldn't develop a Mac site with this one. The only problem with this name is that the term "Macintosh" is a bit obsolete.. they're just called Macs now. In any case, a pretty nice name, and it looks like Apple is really gaining market share so lots of growth potential there. This name needs developing before being worth more than mid $xx to low $xxx IMHO. The name obviously suits a forum/community site nicely. But developing is hard work..

Thanks for the feedback. I'm trying to start a forum on the site, but it's been slow going. There is heavy competition in this niche.

I don't see any tm issues-your last name could be macintach!!you don't have to host macintach computers on your site!If you did then it would be an infringement.Clearly a winner!! $x,xxx-xx,xxx,but you could benefit from the traffic.
