Definite trademark issue. Don't be stupid. Unless you're using the site to be a watchdog about google, where you might be protected by free speech, this name has zero value as an investment.

I am not a lawyer. But I think there are rare instances where you can register names with trademarks like "GoogleSucks" or "FacebookSucks" and get away with it.

Anyway I don't think this is the kind of business that any investor should be in.

Thanks for the eye opening advice.. i never knew the word google can cause so much concern.
