Hope everyone knows google recently registered gbrowser.com
Is it illegeal if someone owns googlebrowser.com? and other TLDS
(Presently it is not owned by google)
I mean Google has made no official announcements regarding the launch of google browser.
What if later google wants to register googlebrowser.com?

I'd recommend not to take your chance against big company like that. If you remember the incident someone here had with Paypal, the same thing could happens. Better be safe than sorry is always one of my personal motto.

Google Browser is a problem as it includes the word Google, a famous registered trademark.

Googlee Browser which would include the name of Googlee Bear would be ok as long as you live in the Niagara Falls area of Canada.

My suggestion would therefore be for registration of the domain name GoogleeBrowser.com instead.

If you looked at this at another angle, the cost of reg. fee is relatively low if you can grab publicity off it (even if knowing you're eventually going to surrender it to them). Otherwise, you'd be better adviced to spend your dough on a more 'available' domain.
