Hi guys, i am a bit confused about the terms ''wordmark'' and ''trademark''.
As i have understood dictionary words can not be trademarked but invented words such as Google can be trademarked since it isn't a dictionary word.
Now is it i am planning to register a domain that contains of dictionary words and out of curiousity i checket out the uspt.gov website and found out that there are also ''wordmarks''.
I have seen the name that i intended to register in plural form but not in non-plural form.
Would i get ''trademark'' or ''wordmark'' issues if i would go for it?
It's quite tempting to register it since it has amazing OV and Google results.
If someone owns the plural form as a wordmark does that automaticly entitle them the rights to the singular non-plural form?
Hope you guys can help me out on this one because this is a specific domain related issue... i guess similar cases has been discussed before on this forum section.
