I got my invite, but Google didn't allocate any that I could give out - and it's pretty boring only having a couple of people to :wave: with.

From what I've seen so far, this is a paradigm shift too far - hyper-realtime messaging in a mutable, multi-threaded environment is hard enough to grok between two participants, I can't imagine what it'd be like with more. Just for instance, if you're typing a message I can butt-in mid-sentence and chop your message in half. That may be natural and tolerable with spoken conversation, but it doesn't seem to work with text. Maybe I just don't get it yet.

If anyone has google wave, just send an invite to one of us, and then that one will share with others, and others will share with more requests.

I have lots of emails, so if someone invite me, I invite my other accounts, and then invite much more people(because each account is restricted to 8 invites).

Guys, put your email in your replies (please continue this list, add your emails to it).
We just need 1 invite to one of us. then the person who receives the invite, should invite the rest. and the rest of the people should invite everyone. So, we can manage a way to invite all people here without putting a pressure on anybody.

1 person = 8 invites
8 people = 64 invites
64 people = 512 invites
512 people = 4,096 invites
4,096 people = 32,768 invites
32,768 people = 262,144 invites
262,144 people = 2,097,152 invites

More than enough if only one person had an invite
