well I wont be able to explain it as I am not into domains for a long time and about stating 51,300,000 google results as selling point I would say yes ... because forum and helps these two keywords are strong enough to get you indexed in google search lists and these two keywords get type-in traffic as well... google results show the popularity of these two keywords together ......
I just started at parked.com so unable to say how good traffic you will get in a month ...

maybe some well experienced domainers would like to comment on relation between google results and domain name ?

When checking SE for a domain/term you must use quotes around the term... so you would type in "forum helps"
