Hi buymynames -

In order to use a BIN price, it must be set at the start of the auction before a bid is placed. Once a bid is received on the auction, you can no longer add, or change an existing BIN price - as per the rules. Ranges like $xxx for a BIN are not valid because you cannot "take offers" in the auction forum. All bids must be received in the thread.

Thank you and good luck -
jennifer

I have contacted the Mod regarding this matter. Honest mistake...

I'm just glad I clearly stated in this auction what the BIN is, what the mod say's 'should be the reserve'

$xxx

But ML's willing to go a mile, such as posting negative feedback for not getting the name.

How many times do I have to tell you that you not win this auction. Wake up! Shop or take advantage elsewhere...

buymynames -

You were the one in violation of this auction.

You agreed to the auction rules before posting this auction... so you should have been aware that "reserve prices" are not permitted.

All auctions must be started at the lowest amount you are willing to sell the domain name for. Please review the auction rules before posting another auction.

Thank you
jennifer

You're actually the wrong one.

No reserve price stated and as the mod stated, you can't even set a reserve here at Namepros.

A BIN price is the price that will buy the domain on the spot, it does not mean it's the lowest you'll sell for. The bidder won the auction and now you don't want to sell because you didn't read the rules and even then, you refuse to sell. The negative feedback is fair game.

My BIN price was $xxx, so ML's bid of $10 does not buy the name.

Don't think you understand the rules of an auction...

Again, reserve prices are NOT permitted... and BIN price is not the same as a reserve price. A BIN is just a feature that some sellers add to their auctions to give buyers a chance to instantly purchase a name.
