I noticed a few PR Scripts going offline this past week or two , and reading this ^ From the TOS .... It appears to me these PR "queries" are within this part :

I think that means more along the lines of not trying thousands of searches to see how your site does for a given set of search terms.

Given that the google toolbar does pagerank queries for every page you visit, I can't imagine it produces much load on google's servers.

Yep, i had to setup my own script on my server and use it for bulk domains only when i really need it, otherwise GOOG tends to ban the server ips.

Aslong as your not sending to many they dont care, but they created the API anyway for things like this.

yes like on my directories the PR don't work, these script makers are coming up with different mods otherwise it just shows N/A on the area where it says PR on my directory. As you can see i disale the page rank display on the links of my diretory

www.ngey.com or www.domaining.in though if you go and check link details it shows N/A for PR.
