How can I integrate Google Map into my website, so when someone wants to add a location it will stay in the system and show up on the map when searched?

Basically you need to integrate it first into your site as it is mentioned in the tutorial, then you just need to "extract" the indicated location and store it somehow. How? This depends on your individual implementation of your site and data structure.
