Giant map of latest visitors?

I just bumped into this great map that shows where the last downloaders were from. http://jalbum.net/maps/downloads.jsp

Anyone know where this comes from, and how to get it? I want to get one setup that shows latest site visitors...

well i know that feature is available at StatCounter
