I don't know if this is the appropriate forum for this question, by here goes:

I think I might have found an interesting niche ... haven't we all?

The two names I am thinking of registering each have > 600,000 pages "in quotes" and are > 3,000 in Approx Avg Search Volume. For February, it reports "Not Enough Data".

Can these numbers be trusted? Why no data for February?

If the numbers can be trusted, is this a niche to try to develop, based on traffic?

Make sure you set it to Exact Match up in the right corner. 3000 seems kind of low to me even with exact match, but it depends alot on the cost per click for your keyword. I've got names that easily earn me a buck for every twenty visitors, and I've got names that barely earn me a buck for every 3000 visitors. It all depends on how much advertisers are willing to pay for your nich.

3000 is not enough for me, but you might be a better developer / seo than me.

One thing to consider: Those 600K results are your competition.
Use google advanced search to find out how many links each of the top 10 results have, and where those links come from. Think you can get more and better links?

It could be worth registering the best one, developing, and seeing how many of those 3000 searches you can turn into visitors, and how many of those visitors you can convert into clicks, just as a learning exercise.

600k phrase match results is quite a lot, I try to stay in the five digit range. You will need to research those top 10-20 results and make sure you can compete with their age and backlink numbers/authority.
