I want to buy Google Earth Pro. But I want to talk to a sales person first. They have a "have a sales person contact me form" on the site. I've filled it out teice in 4 days and haven't heard anything back. I called the 800 number and the local number and I get put on hold every time. WTF?

Welcome to the world of customer service in regards to online services/products. One thing I will give GoDaddy credit for is at least you can speak with someone within 5 minutes. Ebay and Paypal are notorious too for awful customer support, so maybe Google is just going along with what the industry standard is.

I remembered the first time I called Godaddy...
The person responded:
"Oh, We are currently very busy. Please hang on for a little more time."
(Doh... I am calling from Hong Kong and you put me on hold for some more minutes? ... :o)
Although the fee is actually costs barely anything, but I prefer a longer waiting tones than a person picking up and say some useless things to me...

They probably never will either... They most likely will resort to the same canned email responses that plagues nearly ever other internet related business/company.

also i dont think godaddy have a good support because the last time i talked to them they were like we have so many customers right now, you have to wait .. and i was like you emailed me and told me to email you back... email sent seven days ago no replies ... they were like we'll look into it ..... no reply ... emailed again ... got back some curse words << with an awkwardly written email
