I don't think this is a trademark infringement. They might come after you if you use it negatively towards Google, but other than that you should be fine.

There wouldn't be any TM issues as you don't have the word "Google" in it.

Unfortunately I don't see much use for that domain so I would have to say less than reg fee. For that name, what development ideas do you see for it?

Even without any trademark problems, i don't think this name is worth much without development.

I was thinking something along the line of a podcast relating to all things google: adsense, adwords, stock info, search hints, etc. Doesn't mean much but since GOOG is their ticker, and people love google stock.
