Appraisals please?

Would there be any TM issues involved?

Thanks

Massive TM issues involved, what on earth would inspire you to register such a name? Oh, I forgot.. piggybacking off of someones hard work is easy right? Wrong. This domain will get you sued.

googleadsense.biz and googleadsense.org are running and they have not been sued yet.
So I might get away with it.
We are planning to sell content rich money making websites with adsense on this domain.

If we mention clearly on website that this site is not related to google group in anyway. Then I think google is too big to bother about such a site.

Thanks

"We"? Is it you or a true "we"? If it is multiple partners invested in this domain, then your assets are at risk--not a wise business move.

Let me be blunt so there is no misunderstanding.

You need to get your head out of your arse before you end up in the poor house for the rest of your life.

I agree, major issues with trademark violations here, the other domains may have got away with it, but are you willing to risk the wrath of a billion dollar company for this?.

I just pulled the enclosed quote from SearchEngineJournal.com.
I just tried to see how many domain names contain the word “Google”, and the number is growing fast. During the last year, over 5000 names containing Google have been registered:

Have a look here: http://www.domainsbot.com/labs/wordtrends.aspx?keys=google;&date=12

Quite impressive!

Shows you how many Google names have been reg'd just in the past year.
If you don't get a Cease & Desist order from them, it's only because there's such a long list ahead of you and they're busy. With a little research, you'll find what I found: that Google actively and aggressively pursues TM infringements.

that doesn't mean to absolutely not reg them; you might actually slip under the radar for quite some time, even sell the name for some good coin... my domaining pard sold a nice Google name for a nice amount not long ago... I haven't touched any Google names yet, prefer to stay away from them (though I did take my share of the sale, ha). So if you reg one, just do it with the understanding that it's WHEN you get the c&d order, not IF.

Ethics aside (I'll leave that up to you), it's kind of a crap shoot for you; they might stumble across your name immediately, or they may never get to it, ever. Just go into it with eyes open, don't think they won't pursue you because you're small potatoes, because they try to pursue ALL infringements.

That being said, I can't see you being able to sell this name due to the combination of the Tm and the extension .ws.
Might be better, and more fun, and safer, and all around more wise, to drop the name, grab a credit for it and reg a name that you can make an easier life with, rather than having the inherent problems stapled to this name...

But, nice try; good keywords, it's just that you need to brush up a bit on the danger of reg'ing TM words. Happy domaining :)

there are more google trademark infringing domains than yahoo but yahoo sent c&d letters to everyone that held a domain containing yahoo, i dont see why google wont do the same as google is normally more protective about its branding

i would cancel the domain quick smart

ps i pm'ed you about a domain that would be perfect for your venture and there is no tm issues with it, shoot me a pm if your interested, i will do you a good deal on it
