Whats your guys opinion on using a Google Docs Spreadsheet to market our domain list ?

http://goo.gl/L8i5ep

I find it a great tool to quickly add all kinds of additional data to our domain names. I've fleshed out the updated list with;
Exp. Days - How many days until the domain expires
Keywords - The keyword break down of the domain name
Yrs Old - How old the domain is
Length - Number of characters in the domain
Mth Search - Google Keyword Planner (new tool) monthly search volume
CPC - Google AdWords Cost Per Click estimate (from Planner)
Page Auth - MOZ "indicates how likely a page is to rank based on how authoritative search engines consider it to be because of which sites link to it"
Domain Auth - MOZ "indicates how likely a domain is to rank based on how authoritative search engines consider based on its backlink profile"
MozRank - MOZ "Is a score on a 1 to 10 scale that illustrates a link popularity score. It is used to gauge the importance of any given web page on the Internet"
Alexa # - Alexa Rank of domain
PR - Google Page Rank

Would love to hear if there's any more stats you think should be included ?

Do you think it's an ok format to be sending the list to people interested in our portfolio ?

Regards,

David

i got 3 possibly idiotic thoughts on this if you dont mind:

i think that (1) - you should only want to contact end-users with targeted specific domains that suit their needs (1-2 at a time, you can always add "I have more even better choices"). Sending to a broker/marketplaces in this format is still ok of course

i think that (2) - potential buyers (including brokers) do not care about expiry dates, name length, MOZ stuff etc. If EMD is involved Google searches/CPC should be ok to include as well as age if you think that matters. dont bury important things (like a good name itself) in a heap of unneeded hype/numbers/terms/metrics

i think that (3) - sending spreadsheets or using them as landing pages for your domains is highly unprofessional overall. If you cant/dont want to build a simple site representing your portfolio, or make basic for sale/landing template to redirect your domains to i'd simply redirect to a sale page at Sedo/DNS/whatever marketplace you prefer

just 2c imho

I really appreciate the feedback 4pm

I'd never send out this kinda info to anyone out side of the industry, I should have qualified that sorry. I absolutely believe in the mini site development for end user sales.

If your intention is to send the list to fellow domainers, how will you know their email addresses??

I don't 'cold call' Domainers like that ... It's a resource to point people to, like from sigs and in correspondence
