I have note seen this posted yet so thought I would post it.
Google has what seems to be a new firefox plugin called Google Browser Sync. The following is taken directly from the product's page:-

Please note however that it seems to be for US people only at the moment (if you are in the wrong country the page will seem to do nothing but if you got too http://dl.google.com/firefox/google-browsersync.xpi which is the direct download for the file you will see the following message "Thanks for your interest, but the product that you're trying to download is not available in your country.".
