write to them, they are usually very good on adsense matters. I have always had good experiences in the past with them.

Remember: stay polite and work with them. Accounts can be deactivated through no fault of the webmaster, so there may be a genuine issue. Your best chance is if you come across as professional, reasonable, and capable of resolving any problem that's arisen.
