The y's don't help it, but since they are double, the word is pronounceable, and does sound like "pay"....

I may have to sell this one, so would like some honest appraisals before I decide where to put it for auction.

Pronounceable, but doesn't it sound like pee instead of pay. Because of 'pee' it may not fetch high $$$ price.
