Good .lv Registrar

I've never needed to register an IDN before, but I'm currently looking into registering a .lv name. What is a good price and registrar for this domain? The best that I can find is $20, but, it's kind of hard to find and compare registrars.

Also, it would be nice if the registrar offered domain WHOIS privacy. If not though, are there any companies that offer WHOIS privacy for domains that are not registered through them?

I've heard you can register directly on the NIC's English site at https://www.nic.lv/?lang=en - not sure what the current prices are though.

I would definitely advise to register at NIC directly, Jackie already provided the link. Price is 8,70 lats or approximately $18. I have a few .LVs registered at NIC.lv, so if you need any help just PM me

I don't know about privacy though, maybe some other registrars offer that, but it will definitely cost something...
