Going To Sell My Domain Name - Places To Sell It?

Hi.

Im not just selling my domain name, im selling the site as well.

With $200/month revenue and 40,000 unique visitors a month i need somewhere to get me a good price for it.

I normally sell on here and sitepoint.com but they both don't really turn out much, i sold my arcade site on there before which had $300/month rev for just $320 :S

Anyways, im looking for around $3000 BIN for this site, it has been appraised here for much higher.

Do you guys know anywhere i can list it for sale and get some real good bucks for it?

Site point should be good, just lay out the advertisement well and c;learly state how much its making and what you want. Im sure youll get it.

Hi.

My arcade site weas very hard to run,i had to update it with games, approve members and reset times etc every day, got quite annoying, i paid $10 for the thread to i just wanted to get rid of it.

I made MSPimp.com before i made the arcade website, its my main website really. Now i am saving up for a motorbike i need the cash and need to sell this to pay for it.

I got it appraised here at $7200 and that i shouldn't sell it for less than $4000.

with $300/month you can hire at least 1 staff working at least 2 to 4 hours a day, the new owner just got lucky anyways, good luck with your sales

why not duplicate your arcade site again and let it earn $300/month this time you got 2 sites earning a total of $500/month and duplicate your mspace again

Yeah, that would be good, just make clone of those sites and if you were earning that muhc before, then you must really know the tips and tricks and can do it again as well, just sav up this continous income and not just dispose it off, keep themoney source

To be honest, if you can't sell it on here or Sitepoint, then it's not worth what you are asking.

This site has anywhere from 10-20 users viewing the sites for sale section at any one time. Sitepoint has 100-200.

Your site may well be making money, but unfortunately there are literally thousands of identical sites out there. So no matter how much you are making, it won't be worth the usual "monthly x 10/12" rate. I'd say you would be lucky to get much over $1000 for this site.

Plus, I am guessing that traffic is from bulletins etc? Do you get any natural traffic (SEs)? If so, it may be worth a bit more.

I'd suggest changing the layout of the site, or paying someone to do so. You'd probably get a decent makeover for a couple of hundred dollars. Then it might be tempting to people and you'd probably make more like $2k.
