GoDaddy, why?

Why is it that 75% of the time when I look up a domain, it shows a godaddy page that leads to a page asking for some €70 Domain Buy Service to contact the domain owner?

Is Godaddy regging and selling domains, or are some domain traders just very happy to put a €70 wall in between them and prospective buyers?

Because they do it for every single domain which is not listed for sale with them. Apparently, some people are paying for that service instead of trying to contact the owner themselves, so why not take their money?
