GoDaddy Total DNS question?

I have a domain registered with GoDaddy that I want to put on a free host who are giving me their name servers only, but I want to keep mail (MX records) on Google Apps. What records should I edit in TotalDNS to point my website to the host without pointing the email away?

You can change your A record to point to the other server.
