GoDaddy support email address

Does anyone know what's the deal with Godaddy these days? They don't reply to emails sent to them! I've sent a billing enquiry relating to a recent charge to them both to billing (at) godaddy.com & support (at) godaddy.com three days ago but never received any reply. I'm not based in the US so calling them is not an option.

I logged into Godaddy & went to look to create a "support ticket" but can't seem to find this anymore. There's only an option to call or for Live chat, which I don't want to use either and the Live chat says that there's too many people using it and to call them instead???

GoDaddy has done away with email support. Live chat and calling in are your only options.

WTF??? Their "Live chat" doesn't even work!

I click on Live chat, enter my details & click submit. Then it says:
  • "A product expert will be with you soon. Estimated wait time is 6 minutes. Thank you for your patience."
I type in my request then it says:
  • "System - You're not connected."

I've tried this 3 times already & always the same problem.

Do they offer you a regional telephone number? I see they now have UK telephone numbers to ring.

No email support and no ticket system = no paper trail = watch out.

This seems really badly thought out or else really shady.

They may also be breaking the law in relation to disability.

Chatted with them on live support so got in contact with them.

Yeah I would've preferred an email trail though.

Yeah I am a bit disappointed they don't really do e-mail support..

Was told and warned they used to suck dealing with UK related issues especially UK domain transfers as they run true NOMINET (UK domain name governing body) for ยฃ 12 fee, and should be available to transfer immediately after registering (No 60 day waiting game)

Then again got in touch few times to sort out some issues except for some waiting time can say only the best about them. All UK transfer related problems been sorted and I would rate as really good customer service on they behalf!

Well I just tried phoning them and got no-one after hanging on the phone for 10 minutes ! Plus there is no chat window so I can't get in touch with them basically ! Totally useless ! Time to dump them and find someone else methinks.
