GoDaddy Substitute Form W9 violation (Tipalti TOS requirement)

Godaddy is conflating payment processing and W9 certification. These are two seperate issues. Preventing access to provide W9 cert without first agreeing to third-party multinational Tipalti TOS. I'm pretty sure that is not allowed as it would become a "provision" of the W9. Currently emailing with GD reps also conflating the two seperate issues.

There's no reason for the "payment method" screen and Tipalti TOS to come prior to the "tax forms" screen except as a sneaky way to force domain sellers into Tipalti TOS.

The Tipolti TOS is BLOCKING access to GD's substitite W9.

I sent a completed W9 IRS form to the GD employee who emailed about the W9 info and heard nothin back. Every GD employee I've dealt with is conflating W9 certification and payment processing.

I have provided W9 certification manually as GD substitute W9 is gatekept by a contract with a third party.
I'm pretty sure that isn't allowed by IRS.
