@GoDaddy Godaddy is conflating payment processing and W9 certification. These are two seperate issues. Preventing access to provide W9 cert without first agreeing to third-party multinational Tipalti TOS. I'm pretty sure that is not allowed as it would become a "provision" of the W9.
