GoDaddy Sent My Payment To Someone Else

The domain name i sold was for $500 it was a hand reg 6 months old. After help from a representative on the platform (thank you Godaddy staff from Namepros.com) It's been confirmed that Godaddy has sent that payment to someone else (different account number + different routing number). I mean c'mon this is just unacceptable. And if it wasn't for Namepros.com I would have never heard from Godaddy. Someone just woke up one morning with $500 extra in their account. This whole experience is tiring.

I just sold one through afternic. Heard it took a month to receive payment how would I know if the payment would send to someone else?

I don't think Godaddy have a proclivity of doing this. It just so happens that I was the unlucky person. They are trying to make it right. They sent me an email stating they had a problem with their payment system that affected several accounts. They are trying to make amends though. Good luck

I have an abandoned PayPal account detail at afternic. Couldnt find how to delete it. Email them no reply...

You should be able to add or edit the payment method. I can't say for sure because I do not know how the seller dashboard looks on Afternic. I would be more concern with how PayPal will deal with it. You'll probably have to wait a good two weeks but again I cam't say. Afternic even though owned by Godaddy or 2 different companies. Godaddy is the worst with responding to emails.
