Found this, it might be old news, you probably have heard it before, but here's the recording:

Woops, 2 convos (second one is much less brutal, but this second one is definately the caller's problem... not GoDaddy's)

The site regards to www.NectarTech.com, a datacenter that was "suspended" by GoDaddy; the domain was offline.
Listen to both of them - after the end of the second one you'll notice that the caller is really the root of the problem

Sounds like the caller is on the verge of tears or just has a changing voice but uh... darn that stinks :p
