GoDaddy "miracle"

well almost...
after 5 months of utter frustration in contacting goDaddy
emails go no where
cannot login
website returns a "cannot find server"

TODAY, after a millions times, I manage to land
on go daddy website.
well, good things happen since i join NP,
it seems doors are being unlock..
still have not manage to contact any of the elusive go daddy ET's
but it is a start..

can't figure out why others have such any easy
transaction

There was a time that this happened to me too. For some reason, godaddy's website wouldn't resolve properly for me. I 'fixed' the problem by browsing their site through a publicly-available proxy.

GoDaddy are useless. A few months back they reorganized the domains based on the credit card number they were purchased with. Domains that I had purchased from other people were placed back in the original owners accounts, and my account was deleted completely.

I emailed them on a number of occasions and mostly got the standard "How to retrieve your lost password" response - they didn't actually read my emails.

Several of my domains were then fraudulently transferred to 01nic.com and are lost forever (some were getting 1000 uniques per day), despite the fact I warned GoDaddy that the transfer was taking place (it took 4 days), they did nothing.

Another name (slimmer.org) went into REDEMPTIONPERIOD and GoDaddy would not renew it for me because they believed it was not mine (it had my whois info and email address). Eventually it dropped and I had to bid to get it back at Pool.com

well, i actually did that too two days ago and
found that i had NO trouble logging in
from a cyber cafe.
I am sure they must have purposely "barred" me
for one reason or another.
still a long way to go to redemn my lost domain

They blocked some IP of some countries for Credit card fault issue.

my warning to ALL, read more forums before
you get hook on a particular seller.

some people just have all the force behind them
