I have login issues every day with some parts of GoDaddy. I just reload one or two times until it goes. This just started about a month ago. before that it was all fine. It's only on the screen like you show.

this issue with Google Chrome..
I went to another browser (Internet Edge) and signed on with no problem.

Never had a problem with godaddy. And when ever I did phone support was always helpfull.
