GoDaddy don't give me full domain control ... help & advice need it

I have hundreds of domains to godaddy, never have any problem.

I buy a .eu domain from sedo some time ago. I pay everything, the domain come into my acount, I did all requested actions, enter auth code, transaction id and all. 12 days ago they send me the mail thet sey: Congratulations! We've completed the transfer request for the following domain names: xxxxxxxx.eu

I pay for changing owner informations as requested to .eu domains and everything.... the domain get into my acount with the other domains but on "pending update" status as email displays a sedo email. Last mail I send to godaddy was 10 days ago. They never answer. I call them few times and they always told me someone will get back to me on email or phone but they never do. I pay some money for this domain, I told them I am worried about this situation and they keep seying this ticket get to an advanced tehnical departament and I have to wait. Sedo sugest me to transfer the domain back to them and use another register.

I am tried to wait ... what shoul I do? I dont want to wait anymore ... is my domain and I want to have full control.

I emailed Godaddy yesterday about an issue i am having and i received a response in under 2 hours. I've always found they have a quick turn around time. Try sending another email.

Well definitely don't transfer out. That will just create more of a mess. Persist in trying to get Godaddy to help you. There is nothing else that you can do.

he can reverse the transfer back to the originating registrar.

I would give Godaddy a call first and see if things can be resolved.
