Does GoDaddy have a Domain For Sale buy it now landing page with only their logo without Afternic.

How do I set this up?

GoDaddy's BIN lander features the GoDaddy logo without the Afternic logo. Pointing to ns5.afternic.com and ns6.afternic.com will get you there - just make sure you have a BIN price set up at Afternic.
