cjc795dom used to rewew my domain .com for $8.17 works like a charm. Thanks for sharing.

I just tried individually renewing my domains with CJAFF30. Most came out more expensive than the $8.17 I could get with other codes. However, I was able to renew three at $6.47 each and one at an incredibly low $6.16 inc. ICANN fee! Rate discount/price for this domain was at $8.55 for some reason before the code was applied. Same Sku: 10101-1. See attached screenshot. IDK why some are cheaper but it's clearly worth checking all of your domains individually if you have the time.

Great work OptimalNames & Wordsworth! I think I might have a little more information about CJAFF30. Wordworth's suggestion to renewing .com's one at a time is key. I had a few domains at the $6.16 discount. When I grouped them with even one more domain, the price went up to $8.57 on both. The next thing I noticed was that all of the domains that were discounted to $6.16 and $6.47 were domains that I transferred in to godaddy from another registrar. And, I think the discount is dependent on which registrar the name came from.

For example I picked up JMHT com and UBMT com at namejet (via enom I think) and subsequently transferred both out to godaddy. Both of these renewed at $6.16. It's not foolproof because I did the same with r42.com from namejet, and that one is at $8.57 (although I think r42 was by way of netsol). Domains that I transferred out from dynadot like folktube com and truckflaps com renewed at $6.47. A domain from namecheap (enom reseller) embroiderytips com renewed at $6.16.

So, I think this might be part of how godaddy determines what discount level the domain is placed at prior to using CJAFF30.

I think this whole thread which is usually full of codes is now full of explanations because of one person.

Simple thing to remember -
People share codes they have used.
If they work for you - great!!! Rep the person, post a comment that it worked, so that others can use.
If they don't work - (may be a spam), post a comment that it did not work - done.

If few people post that it did not work, you know that you shouldn't try. Nothing to get personal since all the members here are doing a great job!!! And let sanity be handled by admins.

a while back, I used that $5.99 link shown a few posts above.

recently I tried it again, and the 5.99 prices showed in the checkout cart. When I tried to finish/pay, the system did not allow it. the prices went up to 7.67, which I then paid.

so that method might be worth trying, to get your prices down to 7.67.

Trust me, I have already used up my $5.99 and $6.99 regs from previous codes offered here, so this was fresh and clean...again. This is teh best tip I can give. (Hat tip to MsChiff for the idea) This is the only way I buy godaddy names now. Try google.ca AND .com for new offers.
