How do you get .net renewals to be $6.99 - is it a coupon, or bulk? I see new .net registrations for $6.99 but renewals are showing $10.81.

There was only 7 domains in the cart when I was
checking the codes yesterday. No matter which one I used the
.net always stayed at 6.99 new and renew - this morning, I can't
find anything to work

except gdbb776 makes .net renewal $7.50

Can't find anything for .biz skylineleong
except downforce.
