BEWARE

BAD NEWS! Well kind of, Godaddy has raised the price of express appraisals $1. Now making an online file folder the only way to receive the same prices! WHY DID THEY DO THIS YOU ASK? They know that the appraisal fee is one way domainers exploit their system to get low price domains. Appraisals are ONE TIME ONLY fees, but the file folder AUTO RENEWS itself, they are betting that we will only order file folders for discounts and forget to turn off auto renew!!! BEWARE!!! BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SETTINGS!!!

$5.98 BULK RENEWALS - using "gdh0907a"

I was able to get $5.98 bullk renewals using "gdh0907a" but I purchased domains in that transaction so I dont know for sure if it allowed the renewals to "tag along" with the new domains + file folder thingy...

What I did was:

1) added 4 new (new) dot-com domains to cart
2) went back and added 1 more (new) dot-com to cart
3) got 5 file folders for $4.99 each, dropping the 5 domains to #2.24 each, updated cart

THEN I renewed 3 at a time from "my domains" listing (not bulk and not renewals due)... I just went in and sorted my domains by renewal date and checked off the ones I wanted to renew 3 at a time. So.....
4) added 3 dot-com's to the cart for renewal
5) increased the file-folder quantity by 3, updated cart

I did steps 4 and 5 until 11 dot com renewals were in the cart making a total of 16 domains + 16 file folders. The file folder cost came to $79.84. The TOTAL was at $115.68. I added coupon code gdh0907a and updated the cart again and $20 came off the total bringing it down to $95.68

$95.68 for 16 domains = $5.98 each (new + renew) in bulk of course.

Do you get 1.99 pricing when you get an appraisal and a .tv renewal?

Seems like appraisals arent working in that way anymore - they are now $5.99 and doesnt give me the $1.99 domains. Have to use a File Folder for $4.99 which makes domains $1.99 BUT that doesnt include .TV

I was able to get a .TV down $5.00 by using USA6 code after adding a .TV domain to my cart. It made the domain name $29.99

I tried beating the system and using tons of codes, but the cheapest I could get domains at was $6.73 each. I renewed three domains and got one new one. I bought four online file folders and used the SAVENOW code to save 10% to get the domains at this price.

Could have got you down 50 cents each domain name if you either bought or renewed one more domain name making it a total of 5. Here's how:

Any combination of 5 dot com renewals/new domains
5 File Folders
Total in cart = $36.15
use USA6 code for $5 off of $30, brings it down to $31.15 which is $6.23

But you did well at 6.73 for four names! Congrats!

If you register 3 or more dot com domains (not sure about other TLDs), you can get free privacy. When in the shopping cart, click on the private registration link in each line-item (domain name) and then Update Cart button to see these added.
