Hello everyone,
I have been using godaddy to backorder expiring names.
It does a great job and it nearly catches all the domains I d ask for and they are all .com

The only problem I have is that it does not catch the expiring domains that were registered through godaddy itself!
It always looses those.

Can anyone suggest a better website that can monitor and register the names for a low fee and not something like pool.com which actually charges $60 and after that the name goes into auction!

I am looking for a cheap and very good solution please.

Thanks everyone

I've only been able to catch one single .com with Godaddy. I had a backorder for a dropping 3 letter .net that was registered through godaddy, but they weren't able to catch it... so I've had the same problem...
You could always try Club Drop at Enom... there you can get a domain for $15+regfee if it's not backordered by anyone else...

Hello soheilvp, welcome to NamePros!

GoDaddy is not losing those names. They started a new auction service called The Domain Name Aftermarket and the expiring domains registered at GoDaddy are now going to their auction site.

www.TDNAM.com

The only way a GoDaddy backorder can catch a GoDaddy registered domain is if nobody bids on the name at TDNAM, and that's highly unlikely if it's a good name. This also makes backordering a GoDaddy name somewhere else, pointless. If you want the name you will need to use TDNAM.

Hopefully this helps to clear up any confusion. Good luck! :)
