On domains that expired outside of GoDaddy there is a larger window to renew. I cannot go into it all because of NDAs with the sellers. Suffice it to say they can be renewed even after you pay in some cases

Joe - thank you for the response. If you have NDA's with the Sellers and your company knows the terms of the NDA's, why is this not built into your Auction System? If you know who the Registrars are and where the domains are Registered, then you should know the terms with each Registrar (Their NDA). Seems pretty simple to me not to list a domain from a certain registrar until the domain has "officially expired" according to their NDA.

I know you can not make everyone happy with your answers, but I do applaud the response and Godaddy/ Afternic taking steps to improve their Auction Systems.

Just avoid Godaddy Auctions, man.

tend avoid all auctions,except NP in general ; )

ebay has better deals than NoDaddy Auctions.
-Their closeouts are usually delivered 1-2 week those’re the only GD product worth it imo
