GoDaddy and Nameservers...Big Problems

So recently I changed hosts, which obviously means I have to change the nameservers on my domains. I've never had trouble with this in the past, but now I'm having some serious issues. The domain I'm having problems with is Tutorial Surge . com. The nameservers keep changing themselves back to what they were before I changed them :(. The domain is registered at Godaddy, and support has not been helpful at all. Apparently, my site is working fine for them, and they don't believe me when I say many people can't access it (if you've been in NP chat recently you'll know the story :p).

So here's the DNS report on my domain.
http://dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=tutorialsurge.com

As you can see, the main nameserver is different than the normal nameservers, and I've found absolutely no way to fix it...Hopefully the Godaddy representative will find this thread, because all other support from Godaddy has been useless.

I've never had this issue with Godaddy before...All my nameserver transfers have always been seamless until now.

If you know how to fix it, or have any ideas...post here :)

Thanks...

Hi CO,

Maybe that helps:

Open a new account at Godaddy, push your domain into the new account, set the nameserver.

(Don't know how long the push takes with Godaddy)

Just an idea, let me know.

Cheers

New accounts retain the same nameservers for domains when domains are pushed to them, but I'll try it out anyway. ;)

Thanks :)

Yes, that's right but maybe they have some probs to tweak your account and i thought a new account is fresh :)

Another idea is maybe put the nameservers into the remaining fields 3+4
for NS and after a day or so get rid of the ones who are old?

Cheers
