At first, getting paid through Payee looked complicated because of document verification, and I found the process too strict and Gname support was not helpful.
The issue was that official documents in French or Arabic initially created friction during verification, which felt surprising for an international platform.
That said, to be fair, Gname was very reactive after I insisted, they handled it quickly, and the problem is now solved
So my conclusion is:
• International clients are accepted
• Verification can be strict
• But support responds fast when the case is clarified
In my case, after insisting on both NamePros and directly with Gname until the issue was addressed, everything moved properly.
