Give me a quote - for creating a Credit Card image

I'm in need of an image made that holds the following dimensions as you can see in the picture below. The dotted green line is to be regarded as a imaginary line which is the point where the image will be cut of so keep this in mind with the design.



I also added a Credit Card image taken from another site that shows what colors i have in mind.
As you can see it's greyish to somewhat darker greyish.
The 16 digits of the credit card should be silverish as with a real credit card with the notion it's embossed, so a little rim should show.

Overall a detailed look of a credit card.

I have seen various credit card tutorials for photoshop but i am not that familiar with photoshop and am not being able to customize the shape/dimension to what i have in mind.

If you can do this let me know at what price and if there are any questions please let me know?

I would be needing an image that looks better in quality then that one. It's a nice attempt though :tu:
Also i would like to mention before other people start doing work beforehand that a fellow NP member is working on it.

Please do not do any work beforehand guys, if you think you can do something that i will like then first give me a quote so i can agree on a price with you.
If the quote given is appealing to me we can discuss things further.

This way both parties know at what terms the project is being accepted and no unnecessary misunderstandings will arise.

I do have to say that whomever is interested is taking on a talented designer which already showed some promising samples and offers a very affordable rate.
