According to Adwords it has a massive 1 million exact monthly searches and an Estibot Value of $4,800.

It's a very nice name. I generally think of Estibot as 90% inflated for a domains worth except to an end user so I would say Low-Mid $XXX undeveloped.

There are no clothing .us sales I could find but GirlClothes.com sold for $7500 last year and Boyclothes.com sold for $2500. Obvously .us would be worth a fractional percentage of the above.

FYI, GirlsClothes.org is available for $799 on Godaddy Premium names and GirlClothes.us is still available for reg.

But let me point out that Girl Clothes and Boy Clothes generate only 18,000 and 10,000 exact monthly searches. Which is far less than the 1,000,000 exact monthly searches for Girls Clothing.

So is the site receiving traffic currently? If it is already capturing traffic that would raise it's value.

Development could really add value and the .us might help you with US related searches in Google. (301K exact local searches in March)

I personally am AMAZED how woman took to shopping online for clothes. I thought they liked to get out of the house and be with their friends, but really it seems to be more about finding "cute" stuff. I've seen girls cruising clothes sites for hours and BUYING never having tried it on. 5 years ago I woulda never believed it.

Anyway, the name being generic hurts a little here I think. They seem to go for the big name stores. Still would be a great directory names or online link mall for lesser known stores.

I'll call it low xxx.

I would develop the domain...Start with a mini site, then as traffic improves, either sell the site, or make it into a full fledged affiliate site...
