I would look at iwebtools.com for ideas...you can make a nice tool site...and include a forum or blog...you could blog new ideas to help peeps increase their pr...or a link exchange site that helps peeps get a higher pr.

there are plenty of sites out there with this and your domain isn't particularly short. reg fee - low $xx undeveloped. you'll probably need to develop it if you're thinking of selling, and you'll have to advertise and seo in order to be profitable if you're keeping it.
